On a sunny day in North Texas, Russell Olds and Matt Jackson bested a field of 19 boats with a 14.39 lb bag anchored by their 5.87 big bass. This win also moved Russell and Matt into a tie for 3rd place in the Angler of the Year race just behind the Machost twins(LOL). Second place went to Tommy Climer and Ronnie Manning with a nice 13.42 lb bag. George Dorman and James Franklin brought in 11.86 lbs for 3rd place and Brandon Putnam and Joey Deans had 10.78 lbs for 4th. With only four limits, the general consensus was that a post spawn Tawakoni is very stingy. Congratulations to all of the winners and to everyone who came out.
