On a windy day in North Texas, Shawn Garber and David Taylor returned to their winning ways besting a field of 25 boats with a nice 19.74 lb bag anchored by their 5.45 big bass. Dennis and Damon Machost once again were at or near the top of the leaderboard with 16.56 lbs and maintained a narrow lead over Shawn and David for Angler of the Year honors. Travis Reaves and Jason Hunnicutt brought in 16.01 lbs for 3rd place. With only 6 limits, the general consensus was that fishing was tough and the wind was difficult to manage. Congratulations to all of the winners and to everyone who made the trip.
