Congratulations to Tony & Tommy Climer for bringing in an impressive 17.88 lbs on what was another hot day on a water at Lake Ray Hubbard. Great job, guys! Justin Garrett & Gary Anderson took 2nd Place with an impressive 16.79 lbs. 3rd Place went to Jason Hunnicutt & Travis Reaves with 14.10 lbs. 4th Place went to Matt Jackson & Russell Olds with 11.77 lbs (always nice when the Tournament Directors get a check). 5th Place went to Jerry Brown & Tony Climer, Jr with 11.71 lbs. Big bass of the day went to the team of Dan Margules & Andy Medina with a nice 6.14 lb lunker.
The Angler of the Year race is getting interesting. There are some really consistent sticks at the top. Justin Garrett, Jason Hunnicutt, Tony Schnurr, Gary Anderson, Preston Smith and Travis Reaves hold down the top six place in today’s standings. Good luck to everyone in this race.
