Ray Hubbard Bass Club - Lake Lewisville
Launch: Lewisville City Park
Saturday Apr 14, 2012
Time: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m

Lake Lewisville is an older impoundment that still produces great fishing. We are hitting it before the recreational flotilla becomes a problem. Largemouth bass anglers should concentrate their efforts around available cover such as piers, boat houses, timber, vegetation and other cover along the shoreline. Rip rap is abundant and can provide that one giant bass, just ask KVD.

Bass are currently managed with statewide regulations. 5 fish, 14 inch minimum length limit. Spotted bass must be 14 inches to weigh-in.

Directions:
Lewisville City Park

  • In Lewisville, take North Mill Street to Lake Park Road and turn east to park.
  • Eleven boat lanes with a maximum parking capacity of 108
  • Operated by City of Lewisville (972) 219-3550
